Here at Sebesta Apothecary, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest quality, all-natural, and eco-friendly bath and body products. That's why we've made the difficult decision to discontinue both our Shampoo Bar - Repair and Shampoo Bar - Vegan.
While our shampoo bars were made with the finest ingredients and met our strict quality standards, we realized that they couldn't compete with the other shampoo bars on the market. We want to ensure that our customers have access to the best possible products, and that means offering items that are both high-quality and competitively priced.
We understand that this news may be disappointing to some of our customers who loved our shampoo bars. However, we believe that this decision is in the best interest of our company and our customers. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible products and service, and we will continue to innovate and develop new and exciting products that meet their needs.

Here are some of the reasons why we discontinued our shampoo bars:
- Competition: The market for shampoo bars is highly competitive, with many well-established brands offering high-quality products at competitive prices. It became increasingly difficult for our shampoo bars to stand out in this crowded market.
- Quality: While our shampoo bars were made with high-quality ingredients, we felt that they didn't quite meet the same level of quality as our other products. We want to ensure that every product we offer is of the highest quality, and we weren't satisfied with the performance of our shampoo bars.
- Customer feedback: We received feedback from our customers that while they enjoyed our shampoo bars, they were not as effective as they had hoped and have seen in other commercially available products. We take customer feedback very seriously, and we decided that it was in the best interest of our customers to discontinue our shampoo bars.
While we aren’t offering the Shampoo Bars anymore, by no means do we want you to stray back to a plastic bottle or struggle to find something that you love! The wonderful thing is that in the years since we began this company the industry has caught up and now you have more options. We have pulled together some suggested alternatives if you haven’t found a favorite already.

Note, that we still offer our Dog Shampoo! That will always be a staple product for us. It works wonders on dirty dogs but we also use it during camping trips to keep those pesky mosquitoes away!
