Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that holiday peak shipping often overwhelms carriers and causes sporadic delays that are outside of our control. Please plan accordingly.

Plastic-Free Promise

We promise your order will be packed without plastics. We use cardboard boxes, pre-read newspaper packing materials, water-activated natural gum paper tape, and paper shipping labels. The only time you might encounter plastic is the rare but reused packing materials we have received in deliveries, in order to reduce waste.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our NE Minneapolis location (our home). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up typically, within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instruction details and address.

Our pickup is a small sheltered pickup box similar to a little library, that is contactless, so feel free to come at any time that is convenient for you.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification or text message from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Hello@SebestaApothecary.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note that UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. They do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.
