Epsom salt, Sea salt, Bentonite clay.

DIRECTIONS

For foot soak: Add 1 c salt soak to 1 gal warm water, soak for 20-30 minutes. Adding 1/4 c Apple cider vinegar for added detox benefits. Rinse and towel dry.

For bath: Add 1 - 2 c salt soak to a warm bath, soak for 20-30 minutes. Add 1/2 c Apple cider vinegar for added detox benefits. Rinse and towel dry.

END OF LIFE

Product, bag, tag, and spoon are all biodegradable. Due to the length of compost time, industrial compost facility recommended.

Q: How much of this mix should I add to my bath?

A: We recommend using anywhere between 1 - 2 cups per full bath. To maximize the detox effects, you would want to use up to 2 cups per full bath.
